• The interested party can obtain the necessary information regarding the respective Training Center such as whether the Training Center is vacant or not on such dates over the phone through dialing +94 762 104 597 during working hours on week days.
• Thereafter the customer should in writing inform the Director General all details, (No of persons, days reservation etc.) within 3 days through a fax to the Number mentioned below. Fax No +94 112 882 502
• On confirmation, the respective Training Center will be reserved to the relevant customers. Full payment should be made by cash to the Head Office prior to one week of the date of reservation.
• The customer will be issued a letter confirming the reservation with a receipt on the day of the payment made.
• The payments will be reimbursed only on reasonable graunds if informed before 03 days of the date of reservation.
