The Administration and Finance Division is in charge of all administrative and financial matters of the Institute. Administrative and Finance Division is functioning under the Director (Administration and Finance). The division ensures the efficiency to support the Institution as a whole to focus on its core function and thus attain its targets through the provision of finance and administrative services. The mission of the Administrative Division is to provide consistent and effective administrative services and support to employees and programs.

  • Responsible for meeting the human resource needs of the office by facilitating the recruiting and hiring of a productive work force reflective of the nation's diversity.
  • Maintaining personal files of the staff of the Institute and carrying out establishment activities such as promotions conducting Efficiency Bar Examination etc.
  • Administrating effective policies for salary and training are the division's goals in this functional area
  • Responsible for the formulation, execution and monitoring of the office budgets
  • Ensure that proper management controls are in place over the expenditure of all funds and provide management with periodic reports on the allocation of resources and status of funds
  • Maintain the stores and supply following the procurement procedure and goods verification maintaining inventory record
  • Controlling and Managing the transport system of the Institute
  • Administrating the functions of Regional Centers
